Our initial inspection report starts at slab stage where the engineering specifications for foundations, pod alignment, steel reinforcing size and installation, vapor barriers, and termite management systems ensure the builders works conform to the structural engineering specifications.

Inspections are conducted on site when the builders consulting engineer is present to prevent any dispute that can hold up works.

Reports contain areas of non-compliance identified with marker paint identified in a full photographic report to ensure any defects are rectified prior to the placement of concrete for the slab.
