Freshly painted or renovated homes can be one of the most challenging aspects of Pre-Purchase Building Inspections. The fact that painting may enhance the product being sold also can conceal defects ranging from minor to major. Variations in surfaces particularly brickwork can be concealing serious problems like structural defects.
