Door & Window Installation Deficiencies

Our recent cyclonic weather unearthed new home defects where windows and doors leaked and also showed what can go wrong when builders fail to secure frames correctly.

Window sill leaks drain holes blocked with render floor and carpet damaged internally

Sliding door not secured into framing opening force of strong winds pushed door inwards separating at top of wall and on outside rendered edge of frame.
